Position Summary The Program Manager will oversee Search for Common Ground’s program implementation, quality and development in Central African Republic (CAR). S/he is responsible for grant management, planning, budget monitoring and reporting of Search‘s projects in CAR. S/he reports to the Country Director and supervises all project managers.
