Nous recherchons un Expert Technique International en appui à la Formation des Forces de Sécurité Intérieure en Gestion des Intendances. Missions: L’Expert(e) Technique International(e) en appui à la formation des Forces de Sécurité Intérieure en Gestion des intendances travaillera sous la supervision directe du Conseiller Technique Principal du projet et en étroite coopération avec l’ensemble du staff du projet, ainsi qu’avec la composante Police de la MINUSCA à travers le pilier développement et ses sections des coordinations de la réforme et de la formation. Le Consultant devra consulter le leadership des FSI et travailler conjointement avec les partenaires techniques et financiers du Ministère de l'Intérieur chargé de la sécurité publique intervenants dans le domaine de la formation des FSI, notamment le volet objet de cette consultation, afin de garantir une bonne coordination des interventions. Le consultant sera chargé de dispenser une formation de minimum quatre (04) jours pour une quinzaine de cadres du Ministère de l'Intérieur, de la Police et de la Gendarmerie sur la gestion des intendances dans l’objectif de permettre aux participants de renforcer leurs connaissances et leurs capacités sur les bonnes pratiques, les principes et les outils de gestion des intendances des services des FSI. You will design and implement enhancements to the libraft, dqlite and go-dqlite components which we consume in MicroK8s, LXD and other projects. Work includes development in those pieces of software as well as responding to issues and user inquiries.
