What are we looking for? A) Context of the team and vision of the job Under the responsibility of Moulaye, our CEO, you’ll work in a team with 2 smart and badass people (1 E-Merchandiser Specialist & 1 Curation Specialist). The vision of this team is to have a proactive approach to our navigation experience by improving our conversion rate on the marketplace, ensuring content quality on the platform, and training sellers to our standards. In regular contact with our Marketing Teams (Acquisition and Content) and also our sellers, your role will be to ensure our online growth. B) Your challenges (if you accept them…) Management: Ensure the professional and personal development of your current and future team members Catalog Management: Valorize our e-commerce offer and facilitate our navigation experience Performance Monitoring: Ensure our performance is aligned with e-commerce standards and improve it thanks to best practices and implementation of tests such as A/B or algorithmic Quality Development: Define, implement and follow up continuously rules, processes, and reports to grow quality for our sellers such as guidelines or automated prompts/alerts
