ABOUT THE ROLE The Enrollment Manager is responsible for managing the enrollment process at the African Leadership University. The ideal candidate is an experienced people person passionate about services and creating personalised memorable experiences. They are also experienced project managers, comfortable with tracking large sets of data and extracting actionable insights from them.  They will work with a variety of departments to ensure that new students get everything they need to enrol at ALU and succeed in their programs, from the point of admissions to financial aid paperwork and matriculation. They’ll need to think strategically, uncover insights from data, deliver exceptional storytelling, and constantly test and optimize in order to surpass targets. They’ll also need to be an effective collaborator and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Because of your work, students and  parents should fall in love (again) with ALU and feel that this is someplace they can call home.
