Une partie de cette consultance pourra se dérouler à distance et une autre en présentiel au niveau de Bangui avec des déplacements sur le territoire. Ce processus sera accompagné par un employé engagé par IRC pour la mise en œuvre de ce projet de révision du code pénal pour la prise en compte des VSBGLC.
