Description : Avec le support de la Direction Générale et de la Direction Commerciale, vous serez en charge de la Relation et du Développement de votre portefeuille. Vous êtes amenés à devenir l’interlocuteur principal des différents intervenants chez ces clients. Vous avez le contact facile et le sens du service client, vous êtes une force de proposition auprès des décideurs marketing (Brand Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, Direction Achat…). Vous êtes capable de rebondir sur les besoins des clients et de les orienter rapidement vers la solution PLV la plus adaptée, développée par Ice Maghreb. Vous êtes responsable de vos projets du design vendu au client jusqu’à l’installation en magasin de la PLV. Vous êtes l’interface entre le client et les services en interne (Studio Design, R&D, Production et Logistique). Vous participez activement au développement de la gamme de solutions de Ice Maghreb et à la création et la mise à jour des outils marketing et de communication de la société.
