We recruit a Distributor Account Manager Lubricants. Missions: The purpose of this role is to: Deliver topline and bottom-line growth by selling Our Customer Value Propositions to preferred segments, channels and sectors through a network of authorised, committed, professional, organised, well-structured, optimally resourced, motivated, aligned and profitable Distributors, in line with Our Customer S&E policy and Our customer General Business Principles To manage distributors, the relationship and the sell through process by adding value to their business with a partnership, consultation and process driven approach, by creating cross-functional business linkages with them, and by making them consider Our Customer as their preferred business partner. Develop strong and credible distribution standards and performance ensuring distributors have the right sales techniques, target setting process, performance review process and sales capabilities. Develop the RTM Strategy for each distributor market leading to relevant and growth focused Annual Business Plans with owned implementation of these plans. Responsibilities:  • Provide high quality technical presales consultancy on a wide range of topics inclusive of: Mandatory- Cloud, Software-Defined Data Center, IT (Backup and Disaster Recovery), Database etc. Optional- Internet-of-Things, Big Data, Blockchain and Software Application solutions etc. • Well versed in Virtualization, Private Cloud, Public Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, Data Backup,  Disaster Recovery and familiar with Wired and Wireless LAN Networks, Microsoft  Technologies, Active Directory and other relevant environments. • Past experience designing complex end-to-end and best practise ICT Solutions for large Enterprises, Telcos or Nation-wide Government infrastructure. • Experience with and able to handle Tender RFPs / RFIs / RFQs. • Perform regular ICT product and solution presentations and trainings in one-on-one, or small group settings, to external clients or internal sales teams, in different countries that Nera operates in. • Develop Technical Proposals and ICT Solution Presentations • Conduct and perform Proof-of-Concepts and Demos to regional clients. • Build relationships with clients with the aim of advancing your goal of providing high quality technical presales consultancy leading to project win and purchase order. • Work in solo or team environment, with customers, vendors, distributors...
