Information des PME et TPE : Constituer une base de données d’informations à caractère public dont les potentialités de la région, la cartographie du foncier / zones d’activité économique, procédures et formalités, guide des régimes incitatifs… Mettre à la disposition des investisseurs et des entreprises, par tout moyen disponible, les informations qui leur sont utiles. 2. Assistance et Conseil : Fournir l’assistance nécessaire et le conseil relatifs aux différentes incitations et subventions de l’état (Accès au foncier, RH, assistances techniques, financement, fonds d’appui, etc.) Management Définir les objectifs des subordonnés et gérer son équipe Participer aux instances de direction et/ou de coordination Fournir à la hiérarchie des indicateurs périodiques de l’état d’avancement de l’activité du service Assurer une amélioration continue de la qualité des prestations du service Développer l’expertise métier du service en se tenant informé de toute nouveauté technique ou réglementaire.
