To support the entire mission, HEKS/EPER is recruiting a Admin and HR Coordinator. Your main responsibilities: You ensure the proper management of the mission's national human resources: administrative management (recruitment, hiring, remuneration, monitoring, evaluation, training, dismissal, correct archiving of files, etc.), development of monitoring tools for management, planning according to projects, etc. You ensure that the staff regulations are up to date and comply with national legislation, you improve the HR policy of HEKS/EPER on the mission, and you propose strategies for capacity building and retention of national staff. You analyze the risks related to HR issues, alert you, issue recommendations if necessary and manage, with the support of the Head of Delegation, disciplinary procedures. In addition, with the other support and program departments, you implement information and training sessions on cross-functional aspects (fraud, corruption, behavior to adopt in the field, etc.).
