The Kubernetes teams develop software that makes using MongoDB in or from Kubernetes so frictionless that we are the de facto choice for a database in cloud-native applications. We are enabling database-as-a-service experiences for MongoDB users on Kubernetes. We are responsible for three Operators, Atlas, Enterprise, and Community (OSS), that allow our users to deploy fault-tolerant, globally distributed MongoDB clusters in minutes, in the cloud or on-premise. As a Lead Engineer of our Kubernetes Software Development team, you will be working on the development of our Kubernetes products, and the career development of the software engineering team. This is a role which mixes the responsibilities of a Tech Lead and Engineering Manager. The team is working on developing software which enables our customers to deploy and manage many database clusters on or through Kubernetes and process huge amounts of data on premises or in the cloud (Atlas).
