La personne sera basée à Ndjamena avec 50 % de son temps consacré aux déplacements sur le terrain, là où IRC travaille. Elle/Il est membre de l’équipe de direction, rapportant au DDO, elle/il développera et supervisera la mise en œuvre des systèmes et protocoles de gestion de l'accès humanitaire et de la sécurité conformément aux principes humanitaires, aux besoins humanitaires, aux principes du devoir de diligence et à la stratégie globale de l'IRC.
