Localisation: KINSHASA Section : Operations & Maintenance (O & M) Contrat : CDI ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supervises all work related to his/her assigned maintenance project(s) and ensures that they are executed in accordance with the client’s specifications. Handles the smooth operations and maintenance project, and coordinates with client and QHSE representatives. Works closely each month with the Group O&M team to optimize OPEX. Ensures Client satisfaction through SLA target. Makes sure that the operation is generating the required Gross Margin and discusses any abrupt deviation with the Group O&M team. Ensures preventive maintenance is planned, executed, monitored and follows up with issues found till closure. Establishes internal KPIs for each section of the department separately to measure the performance of PM, Fuel, Spares and NOC.
