ENDEAVOUR MINING
Missions: Reporting to the General Manager GM, in close relation and coordination with the SVP Security and the Country Security Manager CSM, the Site Senior Security Manager is to ensure the protection of Group’s own personnel and contractors, dependents, assets, operations, processes - products and exploration activities within Endeavour Exploitation and Exploration Permits and areas of interests, in compliance with established Group policies and procedures, and Regional and Corporate Security Standards. To this end, he will establish an action plan, to be validated by the SVP Security. KEYS RESPONSABILITIES Security Management Organize, maintain and manage physical security for Ity personnel, mine site, camps, production facilities, geology sites and off-site company housing. Ensure adequate security manpower at all locations including the deployment of teams to secure critical areas prior to arrival of key Company personnel. Establish or improve existing Site Security Strategy and SOPs. Closely manage the security contractors, and report all contract breaches. Physically conduct hands-on checks, night and day, of the Security Organization and patrols.
