Chef de Projet

Objectif du poste Le titulaire du poste sera basé à N’Djamena avec fréquentes missions dans la Province du Lac, lieu d’intervention du projet. Il pourra utiliser les équipements logistiques de COOPI selon les dispositions de la coordination logistique et de sécurité soit en capitale soit à Bol. La région du Lac est actuellement en conflit et est infiltrée par des éléments de Boko-Haram. Les règles de sécurité seront donc très restrictives et l’expatrié sera tenu de les suivre scrupuleusement. Responsabilités Le Chef de Projet est responsable de la correcte gestion du projet, en termes techniques, économiques, financiers, de la gestion des ressources humaines et matérielles, avec une présence sur le terrain, dans le respect du contrat et du budget du projet, des procédures COOPI et de celles du bailleur de fonds. Il assure l’obtention des résultats prévus par le projet dans le respect du budget. Il collabore étroitement avec les autres membres du consortium et représente COOPI aux clusters, ateliers et réunions techniques en lien avec les thématiques de son projet. The services included under this project are improving income tax policy and administration in African countries by providing expert advice, support and training to tax officials, developing effective income tax policies and regulations, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. The Transfer Pricing Specialist is to support African countries through providing expert guidance, advice and support in analysis of complex cross border transactions while mitigating risk factors and providing advice on legislation and regulatory reforms. The Specialist will also be responsible for the identification and development of African transfer pricing talent in member judications.
