Functional Responsibilities Sous la supervision du Chef de Projet, le/la Chargé.e d'Appui à la gestion de projet- analyste principale aura les attributions et responsabilités suivantes: 1. La mise en œuvre du projet Préparer et maintenir les dossiers du projet, notamment les rapports de projet internes et externes. Gérer le flux d’information, le contrôle de changements, le registre des risques et la résolution des problèmes en établissant des procédures de contrôle des documents. Assurer l’avancée des activités et la livraison des lots de travaux. Assurer la coordination avec le chef de projet et lui communiquer l’avancée des travaux. Informer et conseiller le chef de projet à l’égard de tout écart par rapport au plan et effectuer les mises à jour nécessaires. Relever et gérer les risques en collaboration avec le chef de projet. 2. La gestion des finances et des achats Tenir à jour et classer tous les documents financiers du projet à des fins de vérification et d’examen.
