The Job In this permanent, full-time, remote job, we will trust you to drive the successful delivery of an international clinical operations team´s from a quality, timeline, budget and scope perspective. On a typical day, you will: Take care of your team You will directly oversee an internationally-dispersed Clinical Operations Study Team, vendors and other departments involved in your study. We expect that you will: Look for and capitalize on opportunities to motivate, reward, and celebrate successful team performance. Support career development of CRAs/IHCRAs by mentoring and coaching Promote work in compliance with SOPs, Study Plans, Manuals and tools.
