A propos du Programme Alimentaire Mondial (PAM) en RCA La RCA sort progressivement de la crise la plus profonde, la plus complexe et la plus violente de son histoire, avec des conséquences graves sur le plan humanitaire dans le domaine des violations des droits humains, après les bouleversements et troubles auxquels a donné lieu le renversement du Gouvernement le 24 mars 2013. En 2014, les autorités de transition ont lancé un processus de réconciliation nationale. Plusieurs mois de larges consultations ont abouti à l’organisation du « Forum National de Bangui » en mai 2015 et au cours duquel ont été définies les priorités du pays en matière de consolidation de la paix. La crise a gravement touché les principaux secteurs productifs notamment l’agriculture, les industries extractives et les exportations de bois.
