Cinq projets sont actuellement en cours d'exécution, dont 4 projets de relèvement précoce du système de santé dans les districts sanitaires de Bimbo, de Boda et du Haut-Mbomou à Zémio et Obo financés par le Fonds Bêkou, un projet RRM principalement dans la préfecture de la Nana-Gribizi financé par ECHO depuis avril 2018 comportant un volet d’opérationnalisation de l’aire de santé de Mbrès. En décembre 2013, ALIMA a apporté un soutien médical dans 3 sites de déplacés de la périphérie de Bangui puis a mis en place un paquet de soins de santé primaires gratuits dans 5 CDS du DS de Bimbo et de Bangui. L'offre de soins a été élargie à 13 CDS à Bimbo en 2018. Le projet vise à renforcer les capacités du District Sanitaire en vue d’une complète autonomisation. La deuxième intervention d’ALIMA a débuté dans le DS de Boda en juin 2014, ville qui faisait face à des affrontements communautaires violents.
