Setting and Reporting This position is located within the Human Resources Section of the United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in Central Africa Republic (MINUSCA), duty station Bangui. The Human Resources Officer reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Responsibilities Within limits of delegated authority, the Human Resources Officer will be responsible for the following duties: Recruitment and Staff Selection: Projects and monitors vacant posts of assigned level/group, mission-wide and ensures adherence to policies and procedures in filling these posts. Manages recruitment process including coordinating with client offices in forecasting and identifying vacancies, preparing job openings, reviewing and screening of candidates.
