The  Head of Talent Acquisition  at Maze will be an impactful leader who will use their wealth of recruiting knowledge to listen to our team’s needs and build processes that help scale our growing company. This role is part of our Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the VP of People. You'll partner with hiring managers and executives across the company as you assess needs, tailor programs to reflect goals and company values, build the infrastructure to attract top candidates, and create a world-class, holistic candidate experience. What You Will Do:  Design, develop, implement, and iterate upon creative yet scalable sourcing strategies and techniques to help us attract and hire qualified and diverse talent Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion at every stage of the talent acquisition process Mentor our current talent acquisition team of 4 and grow the team when needed Advise on all aspects of the interviewing and hiring process – including coaching our teams, shaping relevant candidate pools, refining interview processes, conducting interviewer and hiring manager training, and facilitating hiring decisions Define talent metrics and reporting methodologies – we are currently using Ashby for analytics and Greenhouse for ATS Work with hiring managers and executives across the organization to understand...
