In this context, our subsidiary is looking for a Trainer to lead commercial training efforts for sales team in vitro diagnostics products. This includes development and delivery of training courses (live, virtual, eLearning, webinars), designing curriculum and supporting strategic training initiatives for the commercial organization. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate in English and French perfectly. A collaborative approach and an advanced ability in relationship management is required for success in this highly matrixed environment. He/She will report to the Commercial Excellence Manager – Africa and Area Business Manager Ghana Liberia and Sierra Leone. WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WITHIN BIOMERIEUX? Perform all work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines of Clinical & biofire diagnostics’ quality System Support launch of strategic products by preparing the sales organization to succeed in next market penetration Develop, deploy and deliver training courses and programs targeting the global commercial teams.
