Risk and Compliance Group Manager

The Risk & Compliance Manager is a senior position within the organisation assisting senior management in defining the control objectives and monitoring compliance efforts. He or she will have between 10 and 15 years experience and will perform/ review testing, facilitate the remediation of control gaps and escalate possible critical issues to the senior management of the company. He or she will also support the development and operation of the broader Enterprise Risk Management framework (including Fraud Risk Assessment) across the whole of Endeavour Mining.
