Le Surintendant HR, Recrutement et Développement, occupe une position cruciale au sein de la stratégie des ressources humaines, jouant un rôle déterminant dans l'acquisition, le développement et la rétention des talents essentiels à la réussite de l'entreprise.Relevant directement du Directeur des Ressources, il/elle a pour mission principale de piloter l'ensemble du processus de recrutement, de définir les besoins à l'intégration des ressources ; tout en agissant en tant que chef d'orchestre des processus de gestion de la performance, de gestion des talents, de planification de la succession et de la formation.
