Job Purpose and Impact: The Employee Experience and Employee Relations Market Senior Supervisor (HR Country Lead) will deliver employee experience and employee relations human resources services for assigned location. In this role, you will lead a team of market specialists in multiple disciplines to support the employee experience and employee relations and HR Operations needs of the business. You will lead performance, employee engagement, recognition programs, production staffing, onboarding and assimilation, local training delivery, conflict resolution, separations and leaves of absence.
