What will your responsibilities be? As Purchaser you will be responsible for purchase and trade of the raw materials for the feed production, analyze the turnover rates and forecast of macro and micro raw materials to ensure that the raw materials are purchased at the right time, for the right price and with the right quality. You will report directly to the General Manager. In future, when the organization will grow, this might change. As a manager, you will perform basic HR functions and overall daily management for the growth and success of the team. Le cabinet POTENTIEL INNOV RH recherche pour le compte d’un de ses clients actif dans le secteur FMCG, un Responsable Marketing H/F. Missions et responsabilités: Le Responsable Marketing H/F rapporte au Directeur commercial pays et au Directeur marketing du Cluster Afrique. Il a pour mission de décliner la stratégie marketing et d’assurer le suivi opérationnel des projets. Il contribuera aussi à l’optimisation, au développement des ventes et à la rentabilité de la société. Activités principales  : Définir et piloter le marketing mix, la stratégie digitale, le Trade Marketing et les expériences de marques en étroite collaboration avec les équipes dédiées; Piloter l’exécution de la stratégie marketing de la société ainsi que celles de ses marchés annexes; Gérer le plan de communication commerciale; Diriger et développer le portefeuille de marques IB sur le marché en collaboration avec le Cluster, gérer le développement de chaque marque conformément à la stratégie et aux objectifs du Groupe Piloter, avec les équipes, l’analyse des résultats des actions entreprises sur les différents éléments du marketing mix; Proposer les budgets Publi-Promo, en suivre l’exécution et assurer le contrôle des dépenses; Suivre les indicateurs de performance afin de proposer des recommandations.
