Reporting to the Senior Drill and Blast Engineer, The Drill and Blast Engineer is responsible for: Accountable for Drill and Blast designs and associated evaluation and feedback systems, with the aim to balance the competing needs of Safe & efficient blasting including improvement of geotechnical conditions. Diggability and Fragmentation; Powder Factor. Heave and movement of material (i.e., minimizing ore dilution).
