Missions : Assure la gestion financière du bureau, le suivi des  fonds mis à la disposition du bureau de Brazzaville et veille à ce que toutes les opérations et transactions financières obéissent aux procédures et principes comptables de CRS et aux accords  signés avec les bailleurs, à la gestion financière des partenaires suivant la politique de SFRMP.
